Ingredients: Plantain Skin Ashes, Organic Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa Pods, Organic Shea Butter, Purified Water, Natural Vitamin E

Directions: we recommend not applying the soap directly to the skin, use a loofah, hands or a wash cloth to lather it.
